Claxton Poultry Farms
TRAINING
You don't need any previous experience to work at Claxton Poultry. We provide on-the-job training for many of our positions from processing to general industrial maintenance. Individuals will be trained by department supervisors for their particular job. All new employees start by participating in an all-day orientation, where they learn about our outstanding benefits package. We offer free life insurance, a 401K program, vacation time and an excellent dental and health insurance plan. We also offer supplemental life insurance and policies covering short-term disabilities and catastrophic illness.
